Shipments to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, and hotels are not allowed at this time.

  • Our shipping rates are based on a flat fee per order per recipient.

  • Gift certificates do not incur shipping fees as they are delivered electronically.

  • All US shipments are sent via UPS or USPS and all international packages are delivered via USPS Global Priority Mail.

  • All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Next Day Delivery (1 business day if ordered before 2pm EST) and Select Delivery (3-5 business days) are only available for shipments within the continental United States.

  • Although we try our best to have shipments delivered to you by the delivery date stated in your order, this may not always be possible due to unforeseeable delays either at our end or at the shipping agent's end. In such circumstances, we will inform you of the delay where possible. 

  • The actual delivery date for international shipments may vary from our estimates, depending on the destination, customs formalities, etc.

Taxes

All items shipped within CA are subject to an 8.5% sales tax.
Gift certificates are not subject to taxes.
Taxes are charged on total price, NOT including shipping charges.

International Orders

Please note that the shipping rates above do not cover any duties, taxes, or other charges which may be assessed by the local authorities and the recipient must be responsible for all such costs.

International law requires us to state the contents and value of the package on the customs form. Shipments may also be subject to opening and inspection by the customs officials. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by them.

International orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will be glad to refund the purchase amount to your credit card or offer store credit, minus shipping and handling costs.

 

Sending a Return

To make a return or exchange, please email us at returns@wishwrap.com and provide us with your order number, name, and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1-2 business days.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return, unless there has been an error on our part (See Shipping Errors and Damages below). We recommend insuring your return shipment (if the item is over $100) and keeping a proof of delivery, since we cannot give credit for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Please ensure that all items returned are in new condition, free of creases, scratches, stains, odor, pet hair, etc. Ensure that fragile items are wrapped properly and packed with proper protection. If the item is damaged during return or not found in resaleable condition, no credit will be given.

 

Shipping Errors and Damages

We try our best to ensure that every order gets shipped out on time and accurately. It is recommended that you inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt.

In the rare event that there is a mistake in the order or the item is defective or damaged; please let us know within 7 days of receipt. You can email us at returns@wishwrap.com, and follow the same procedures as outlined above. We will send you return instructions via email, and you can drop off the shipment at your nearest UPS service center or post office.

If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive your return. Alternatively, we can give you store credit by sending you an e-certificate once we receive your returned item.

 

Gift Returns

Be sure to include the name and address of the person that sent you the item if it was a gift. A gift (identified as a product that is part of an order where the billing name and shipping name are different) will only be refundable in store credit, which will be sent to you in the form of an e-gift certificate to be used on the website.

 

Non-refundable items & Re-stocking fees

We are not able to provide refunds on sale items, personalized items, and shipments delivered outside the US at this time. 

In addition, jewelry items will incur re-stocking fees of 15%, as we need to sterilize and re-polish them.

 

Refusal of Delivery

Please note that if you refuse your package at delivery you will be subject to all return fees. 

 

Terms

 
 1. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges or customs fees and duties (if applicable).

 2. Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement).

 3. Items that are shipped with a free shipping offer will have the actual shipping cost deducted.
 4. If there is more than one item sent to an address and the customer only returns one of them, we still subtract the shipping cost of the entire shipment.

 5. Promotional gift certificates do not receive any type of refund (neither cash nor store credit), when item is returned – only the amount paid for by credit card or purchased gift certificate is refunded; purchased gift certificate amount has to be returned as a re-issued gift certificate.
