Shipping & Returns

 

In order to make it easier to shop for gifts, we let you add products for multiple recipients in a single shopping bag.

Our shipping rates are based on the value of an order going to a single destination. 

Gift certificates do not incur shipping fees as they are delivered electronically.

Although we are currently not shipping outside the US and Canada, we will be doing so in the near future. All US and Canada shipments are sent via UPS or USPS and all international packages will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail, when made available. 

Shipments to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPOs are not allowed.

There are also other delivery options available, with extra shipping surcharges. These will be calculated upon checkout. Next Day Delivery (1 business day if ordered before 2pm EST) and Select Delivery (3-5 business days) are available for shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping charges will be assessed on orders shipped to HI, AL, and international destinations when they become available. 

The actual delivery date for international shipments may vary from our estimates, depending on the destination, customs formalities, etc.  Please note that the shipping charges do not cover any duties, taxes, or other charges which may be assessed and the recipient must be responsible for all such costs. 


Taxes

Taxes will only be charged for items shipped within CA.

No taxes will be charged on gift certificates, even those shipped within CA.

Taxes are charged on total price, including shipping fees and any gift certificate applied.

 

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will be glad to refund the purchase amount to your credit card or offer store credit, minus shipping and handling costs.

 

Sending a Return

Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Please ensure that all items returned are in new condition, free of creases, scratches, stains, odor, pet hair, etc. Ensure that fragile items are wrapped properly and packed with proper protection. If the item is damaged during return or not found in resaleable condition, no credit will be given.

To make a return or exchange, please email us at returns@wishwrap.com and provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what the problem is.

We will reply to you within the next 1-2 business days and send you the return label via email. You can drop off the shipment at your nearest UPS service center.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return. We recommend insuring your return shipment (if the item is over $100) and keeping a proof of delivery, since we cannot give credit for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

Shipping Errors and Damages

We try our best to ensure that every order gets shipped out on time and accurately. It is recommended that you inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt.

In the rare event that there is a mistake in the order or the item is defective or damaged; please let us know within 7 days of receipt. You can email us at returns@wishwrap.com, and follow the same procedures as outlined above.

If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive your return. Alternatively, we can give you store credit by sending you an e-certificate once we receive your returned item.

 

Gift Returns

Be sure to include the name and address of the person that sent you the item if it was a gift. A gift (identified as a product that is part of an order where the billing name and shipping name are different) will only be refundable in store credit, which will be sent to you in the form of an e-gift certificate to be used on the website.

 

Non-refundable items & Re-stocking fees

We are not able to provide refunds on sale items, personalized items, and shipments delivered outside the US at this time.

In addition, jewelry items will incur re-stocking fees of 15%, as we need to sterilize and re-polish them.

 

Refusal of Delivery

Please note that if you refuse your package at delivery you will be subject to all return fees. 

 

Terms

 
 1. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges or customs fees and duties (if applicable).

 2. Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement)

 3. Items that are shipped with a free shipping offer will have the actual shipping cost deducted.

 4. If there is more than one item sent to an address and the customer only returns one of them, we still subtract the shipping cost of the entire shipment

 5. Promotional gift certificates do not receive any type of refund (neither cash nor store credit), when item is returned – only the amount paid for by credit card or purchased gift certificate is refunded; purchased gift certificate amount has to be returned as a re-issued gift certificate.
